Delivery and return
1. The customer can place orders on the site by following the steps described therein.
2. The Customer undertakes by placing the Order and is responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all the data entered in it.
3. The customer allows the seller to contact him in any possible way in connection with the order made by him.
4. The costs for the delivery of the product to you are determined by the contract concluded between the seller and the customer.
II. INVOICING
1. The prices shown on the Site are final, including VAT and all statutory taxes and fees.
2. The price and payment method are shown in each Order.
3. The customer is obliged to provide all the necessary information for issuing the invoice.
4. The seller issues an invoice and/or receipt using the information provided by the customer without verifying it.
5. The invoice and/or receipt will be delivered physically with the delivery of the goods themselves or by email provided by the buyer.
III. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS
1. The Seller delivers the ordered and purchased Goods to the address specified by the Buyer.
2. The seller will pack the goods in a way that ensures their delivery in normal commercial form.
3. The goods will be accompanied by all necessary payment documents, guarantees and instructions/if any/.
4. The price of the delivery of the products will be indicated in the order form /due to changing fuel prices, minor changes in this price are possible/.
IV. CONDITIONS AND PROCEDURE FOR THE RETURN OF GOODS
1. The conditions and procedure for returning goods are determined according to the contract concluded between the Seller and the Buyer.
2. The goods must be in their original packaging, original labels, stickers and advertising items;
3. The goods must be accompanied by all the documents it came with, such as invoice, receipt, warranty card, instructions, etc.
4. The goods must be in such a form that it is not necessary to invest additional funds for its subsequent sale;
5. In the event that some of the above conditions are not met, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods back or to demand payment of the costs of restoring the goods to their commercial form.
6. The seller has the right to delay the payment of the amounts until the returned goods are received, as well as their verification of whether they meet the conditions for return.
